From Mother to The Father

I give all honor and glory to the Lord for this bakery. He has blessed me with so much, including my mother, Gloria. The truest form of a loving mother, she poured her heart and soul into everything she did and loved her children in a way I can't even begin to put into words. Although she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on. One of the many things she taught me was how to cook and bake. She showed me how to use real ingredients to fuel our bodies with the nutrients it needs. That's why I use minimal sugar, organic ingredients, and super foods like flax, chia, and hemp seeds.
